Easy-Edge II reinforcing banner tape, 50mm x 20m, box with 5 rolls

Description: EASY Edge II is a unique selfadhesive reinforcing banner tape. Its high tear strength and stiffness make an excellent protection against damaging the banner near the grommets possible. The adhesive is based on acrylate dispersion. It indicates a high solvent resistance, humidity resistance as well as climatic stability and excellent stability against plasticiser. The thick adhesive enables a high excellent adaptability to a wide varity of surfaces and a long flexibility. Due to the multiplicity of possible influences on the stuck together product no information of a minimum durability or a maximum stress can be provided. Processing: You can reinforce the fit of a grommet with EMBLEM EASY Edge II. It provides a good adhesion to most banner surfaces. The banners to be bonded with EMBLEM EASY Edge II have to be free of dust and grease. The adhesive develops full adhesion after 24 hours but EASY Edge II already adheres immediately after the processing. To check compatibility the user is advised to make tests before application. Please use a pressure roll or a felt squeegee. We advice to roll the final products with print side outside on a core. A core diameter of 15 cm (6”) is optimal to avoid small tunnels between tape and banner. Small tunnels will apear when the final product will be folded or rolled up with a too small diameter.
