Shipping and payment
The following conditions apply:
Shipping Conditions
Delivery of goods is available worldwide.
For orders with a value of 400.00 € or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.
Exceptions include printed materials and orders with oversized items.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 2 days, and international deliveries take 2 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you choose to pick up your order, we will notify you by email once the goods are ready and provide information on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
The minimum order value is 30 €.

Further Payment Details
When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
